To provide care and support to children, young people and young adults with disabilities and additional needs. Support is in Ryedale, North Yorkshire, (Malton, Pickering, Helmsley, Kirkbymoorside and surrounding areas. You will be working within the community.
This post is for 20 hours a week. Hours of work are Monday to Saturday and may include early morning and early evening. Individual work patterns can be arranged.
Essential, posts are for car drivers with access to a vehicle. Travel time is paid between appointments and mileage costs are covered (after 15 miles).

RSF is constantly developing with opportunities to support people in a varied and unique way. We are currently working to create a purpose-built base in Pickering which will lead to new service developments and fantastic resources for our children, their families and our staff.
Previous care experience is helpful but not essential. Working with children and young people is helpful but not essential. We are looking for people with caring natures with a variety of life experiences.
Some of our work is with medically complex young people, some of it is with young people with challenging behaviour and this work is paid at a higher rate.
