Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Wellness Garden Host to serve as the welcoming face and guiding presence in our community wellness garden. This role is vital in creating an inviting environment where visitors can lgo through the stages of the wellness and recovery journey. Your energy and dedication will inspire customers to embrace wellness and recovery practices and foster a sense of connection with nature and each other.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and checking in guests
- Taking payments and handling bookings
- Directing guests around the garden and explaining the wellness journey
- Advising customers on the appropiate use hot tubs, ice baths and saunas safely
- Checking and maintaining water temperatures and chemical levels
- Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns
- Keeping the garden and faciliaties clean and tidy
- Preparing and serving drinks and snacks
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a friendly atmosphere
- Helping with opening and closing procedures
- Full training will be provided
- Flexibility inclduing weekends
- No experience required
Qualifications
- Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and fostering inclusive community environments
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 40.0 per week
