ROLE: Site Cleaning Manager (Site Based)
HOURS: Monday to Friday; flexible start/ finish times to business needs
LOCATION: Peterborough
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 depending on experience
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Site Cleaning Manager to oversee the Operational delivery of janitorial services at the site, building excellent relationships with the client and your team whilst maintaining a high-quality service output.
Main duties:

Manage all staff on-site, ensuring a consistent delivery of hours and quality,

Administer payroll for hourly paid staff both direct employees and agency in-line with company procedures and targets,

Achieve excellent cleaning standards, exceeding client expectations, evidenced through the weekly cleaning standards audit undertaken with the client; acting upon any potential failings and opportunities for improvement in a timely manner,

Maintain adequate stock levels and place orders as required and within the site budget,

Ensure all equipment is well clean, well-maintained and safe, as well as It being operated in-line with the requirements of site,

Drive continuous improvements by seeking innovations, identifying efficiencies and negotiating with customers, staff and suppliers,
What we are looking for:

Experience in a Cleaning / Distribution Commercial setting,

Experience in managing people, ideally of large teams,

Experience in single site operations,

An adaptable, motivated and organised work ethic,

Commercial awareness,
