Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee the ABYSS taproom in Lewes and occasionally Newhaven. The ideal candidates will be passionate about craft beer, lead by example, create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and maintain standards.
Duties
- Manage taproom staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Oversee cleanliness and organisation of the taprooms
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of craft beer styles and brewing processes (we will provide training)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leading a team
