- Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently, combining strong product knowledge with methodical fault-finding to minimise downtime.
- Carry out preventative maintenance, proactively checking equipment to improve reliability and performance.
- Complete factory-based assembly work and help compile customer orders, ensuring equipment is prepared accurately before dispatch or installation.
- Deliver clear, practical customer training on feeders, printers, and related systems, helping users operate the equipment confidently and safely.
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers, sharing expertise and ensuring users can confidently operate our systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in technical support or engineering roles, particularly within a manufacturing or industrial environment would be highly beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to work logically and calmly under pressure, consistently delivering high‑quality service during on‑site visits and remote support.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and maintain service quality.
- Full UK driving licence (essential), as regular travel to customer sites will be a key part of the role. Occasional overnight stays, potentially up to 2-3 nights per week where required will also form part of the position.
