Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery during busy service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Serve food to customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Support team members with general kitchen duties, including washing up and stock replenishment
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to uphold hygiene standards
- Contribute to creating a positive dining experience for all guests by providing excellent customer service
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food safety practices and restaurant procedures is advantageous
- Experience in meal preparation, culinary tasks, or serving within a busy kitchen environment will be highly regarded
