Are you a passionate and nurturing educator with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
We are seeking a dedicated
SEN TA to support small groups of learners in a welcoming and well-resourced setting based in Twickenham.
About the Role:
- Working with students with SEN,
- Cater with mild to moderate learning difficulties,
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment,
- Collaborate with support staff and therapists to meet EHCP targets,
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, etc.)
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to behaviour and learning
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
