We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to provide essential administrative assistance within our organisation. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate data entry using various software tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately and providing exceptional customer service.
- Organise meetings, appointments, and schedules to optimise workflow efficiency.
- Assist with invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial record keeping using QuickBooks.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentation materials as required.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document management.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve organisational productivity.
- Ensure all office supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly via phone and written correspondence.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, record keeping, and managing schedules.
