- Manage B2B sales interactions, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with corporate clients
- Organise and prioritise daily tasks to ensure timely follow-up with clients and prospects
- Utilise IT tools to record customer information, sales activities, and follow-up actions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
- Support the team in achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and personalised service
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably within B2B environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Valid driving licence is preferred for client visits or local travel requirements
- Good IT literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated organisational skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
