Airsec Group Limited is looking for experienced SIA Licensed Security Supervisors to lead teams at small and large-scale events across Bristol and beyond.

Who We're Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
- 3–5 years' experience working within the security industry, ideally in events or hospitality.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 3–5 Door Supervisors within designated event areas.
- Excellent conflict management and de-escalation skills.
- Professional, approachable and well-spoken, with outstanding communication skills.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to make sound decisions in dynamic environments.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, event management and fellow supervisors.
- SIA Close Protection Licence is a significant advantage but not essential.
- Availability to work weekends, particularly Fridays and Saturdays.
