About the Role As a Sales Account Advisor, you’ll work exclusively with warm car finance enquiries from customers who have already applied online and received an approval in principle from at least one lender.
This is not cold calling.
Your role is to guide customers through the process, understand their needs, help them find the right vehicle and finance solution, and manage the application through to completion.
You’ll be speaking to customers who are actively looking to buy — giving you the opportunity to focus on building rapport, providing excellent service, and closing deals.
No motor trade experience required. Our training programme will give you all the product and systems knowledge you need to succeed.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of proactive outbound sales experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Stable work history with at least 12 months in one sales role
