Ecommerce Fulfilment Assistant (Maternity Cover)

Hours: 20–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (weekday schedule)

We're looking for an organised, reliable and detail-focused Ecommerce Fulfilment Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.
Working from our Highdown warehouse, you'll be responsible for picking, packing and dispatching customer orders placed through our growing ecommerce business. Accuracy efficiency and pride in your work are essential, as you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives the exceptional service Brown's is known for.
As our online business continues to grow we're looking for someone who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their role and is excited to be part of the next stage of our ecommerce journey.
What you'll be doing
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Carefully packing every order to Brown's high standards.
- Preparing shipping labels and dispatching parcels using our courier partners.
- Ensuring orders are dispatched on time each day.
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.
- Keeping the packing area clean, organised and well stocked.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with general warehouse duties when required.
- Helping us deliver the outstanding customer experience Brown's is known for.

- Have previous warehouse, fulfilment or ecommerce experience
- Have a good knowledge of pet products, which would be a real advantage.
