Crescent Manufacturing is seeking motivated Production Assistants to join our team at our Park Royal site, producing medicines for the UK pharmaceutical market. Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing & Packaging: Carry out the production and packaging of finished products in strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Material Handling: Assemble raw and packaging materials, and dispense materials for production (please note this role involves heavy lifting of up to 20 kg).
- Bulk Manufacturing: Produce bulk products using specialized mixers and process vessels according to established batch processes.
- Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing and packing machinery, including automated filling, labelling, cartoning, and shrink-wrap machines.
- Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize production areas, machinery, and equipment following the completion of tasks.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all paperwork and documentation applicable to your daily duties.
- Procedure Adherence: Read, understand, and follow all SOPs relevant to your assigned role under the guidance of the Production Manager or Production Supervisor.

Should have experience in production industry (pharmaceutical and food industry preferred).
