This opportunity sits within our Build Division, offering hands-on experience across a wide variety of construction and refurbishment projects. There will also be opportunities to gain exposure to the wider Group, providing valuable insight into our retrofit, renewable energy, commercial, and property services, allowing you to develop a broad understanding of the business and explore future career pathways.
Requirements:
· Experience property refurbishment
· Building knowledge/regulations
· Experience of new Build, including sub and super structure
· Able to control a budget, looking at best value and quantity checks
· Experience in running teams and setting tasks for Day rate and planning works
· Ability to price jobs would be useful.
· Approachable with excellent customer service
