About the Role
Sanctuary Personnel and Seven Resourcing are looking for a proactive and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing recruitment team in Ipswich.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying high-quality candidates, generating new client leads, supporting the recruitment process and providing administrative support to our consultants.
Working within a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you will help build strong candidate and client pipelines while ensuring an outstanding recruitment experience from initial contact through to successful placement.

Your Role as a Recruitment Resourcer
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support our consultants throughout the recruitment process while actively sourcing candidates and identifying new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for:
- Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, CRM systems and other recruitment channels
- Identifying and generating new client leads to support business development activity
- Building and maintaining candidate talent pools and client lead databases
- Writing, posting and managing job adverts across multiple recruitment platforms
- Screening candidates and matching them to suitable vacancies
- Supporting consultants with candidate submissions and interview coordination
- Uploading candidate information, compliance documentation and job applications onto CRM and external systems
- Assisting with candidate compliance and ensuring documentation is completed accurately
- Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing an excellent experience from registration to placement
- Assisting with timesheet queries, payroll administration and placement aftercare
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using recruitment CRM systems
- Building strong relationships with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders
- Working towards individual KPIs and recruitment targets while contributing to overall team success
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Recruitment Resourcer who enjoys building relationships, working towards targets and thrives in a busy office environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales, customer service, account management or business development
- Experience sourcing candidates or generating business leads would be advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities
- Confidence speaking with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience using recruitment CRM or applicant tracking systems is desirable
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
- Resilience, adaptability and a positive attitude
