Midland Financial Solutions is looking for an experienced sales support administrator to join our friendly team in Derby. You'll need at least three years' experience within a financial planning practice and enjoy building great relationships with clients and providers.
This role is focused on client servicing and administration and there will be the opportunity to become involved in the client review process and support new business as you grow with us.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with clients and product providers to progress client cases.
- Gathering information and documentation for financial planning work.
- Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems.
- Chasing outstanding information and monitoring case progress.
- Preparing documentation for client meetings.
- Booking appointments and managing adviser diaries.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, printing, and general office administration.
- At least three years' experience as an IFA Administrator within a financial planning practice.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, friendly, and professional approach.
- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
