We're expanding and looking for a reliable Facilities operative to join our busy manufacturing facility, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across production and welfare areas, supporting safe and efficient operations.
Part Time up to 27hrs per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out cleaning duties safely and efficiently across production areas, factory offices ,welfare facilities and communal areas.
- Support general factory housekeeping, including waste removal and maintaining walkways.
- Follow cleaning schedules, COSHH guidance, and site procedures accurately.
- Maintain a safe, tidy working environment and uphold Health & Safety standards
- Provide cleaning cover for factory offices and welfare facilities during periods of annual leave and absence
About You:
- Previous cleaning or industrial/factory cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Safety-conscious, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
