What you'll be doing
As our Self-Employed Operator, you'll take full responsibility for running the business day-to-day, including:
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Leading, recruiting and developing your team
- Driving food, drink and accommodation sales
- Managing stock, costs and profitability
- Creating events and reasons for customers to visit
- Building strong relationships within the local community
- Maintaining high operational and compliance standards
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience managing a pub, hotel, restaurant or hospitality business
- Strong commercial awareness
- Great leadership and people management skills
- A passion for hospitality and customer service
- The drive to grow sales and maximise the business's potential
- Experience with food operations and hotel accommodation is desirable
