Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the upkeep and smooth operation of our historic hotel and properties, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. The position is based in Sheffield, offering an opportunity to work within a charming and historic setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure safety standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment when required.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
- Qualifications
- Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and repair techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Pay: From £21.87 per hour
