Job Summary
Our After-Sales Engineers visit customers in their new homes and attend to various after sales requirements. These roles provide nation-wide cover, but we are particularly interested in candidates in the East of England. Role would suit those who have worked in property maintenance for multiple unit sites.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Undertake repairs and modifications to park home and luxury lodges, utilising core trade skills in plumbing, electrical and decorating.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, liaising with park owners
- Undertake assembly work at either our Brandon or Hull factories if no after sales work is required
- Represent the company in a professional and business-like fashion
- 90% travel required, company vehicle provided, including regular overnight stays
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience of multiple trade skills e.g. plumbing, electrical, decorating
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work alone
- Experience dealing with customer complaints and requests
- Full driving licence
