Action Breaks Silence is looking for organised, hard-working, adaptable and confident candidates who have a passion for ending Violence Against Women and Girls and is strong in administration.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated candidate under 25 to join our team. Your responsibilities will be to manage and support trainees/trainers, who will be youth, young adults, and sixth-form students. You will also lead programme delivery in primary schools. So, experience working with young people, safeguarding, and volunteer management will be valued.
You will work alongside our project coordinator, visit partner schools, and help build a strong supportive relationships with young people and the schools. You will oversee, mentor and support the new trainees through their training cycle and during the programme delivery.
Responsibilities:
· Reliably commute to London schools three days a week
. Meet trainees and attend/deliver workshops and programmes at schools
· Monitor & report on trainee progress
· You would report to the project coordinator daily and weekly.
· You would also do office admin tasks from time to time as assigned by the Project Coordinator or the CEO.
Qualities we value:

· Strong administration skills
· Excellent Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint skills
· Ability to build trust and good relationships
· English speaking and reading fluency
· Punctual, reliable and committed
· Energetic and able to influence others
· Ability to manage teams from various backgrounds
· Youth work experience
· Leadership skills
· Previous experience in teaching, training or leading a team is preferred but not a necessity
· Valid DBS/ Police check is preferred but not a necessity
