Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with fueling, purchases, and inquiries in a courteous manner
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and merchandise displays
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage stock levels for convenience store items through effective merchandising and organization
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Follow all safety protocols, including phone etiquette and proper handling of cash and sensitive information
- Replenish Stock
- Prepare To-Go hot foods

- Multilingual abilities, including proficiency in English to serve diverse customer needs
