Solstice by Kenny Atkinson is seeking a passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen. - Take ownership of your designated section during preparation and service.
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to Michelin-star standards with consistency and attention to detail.
- Ensure mise en place is completed to the highest standard before every service.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety.
- Work collaboratively with the senior team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Support and mentor Commis Chefs and apprentices.
- Take pride in ingredient preparation, minimising waste and respecting seasonal produce.
- Contribute ideas and continually strive to improve standards within the kitchen.
