Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Restock bar supplies as needed during shifts to ensure smooth operation.
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience, providing recommendations when appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, serving roles is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts.
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
