HGV Driver – Norfolk Plant Hire
Norfolk Plant Hire is looking for a reliable and experienced HGV Driver to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and collect plant machinery and equipment to customer sites across Norfolk and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload plant and equipment safely using the vehicle’s loading systems.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure compliance with transport regulations.
- Secure loads correctly and maintain high safety standards.
- Undertake occasional grab lorry work when required.
- Provide excellent customer service on-site and represent the company professionally.
- Complete delivery paperwork and vehicle records accurately.
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence.
- CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Experience transporting plant machinery preferred.
- Grab lorry experience desirable but not essential.
- Good knowledge of load securing and transport regulations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist the wider team when needed.
