About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be supporting customer engagement campaigns on behalf of our clients, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly and informative experience.
You'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming customers and providing a high standard of service
- Understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Answering questions clearly and confidently
- Building strong relationships through genuine conversations
- Supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve shared objectives
- Continuing to develop your product knowledge and communication skills
