We are currently looking to recruit an administration assistant to work in our fast paced bakery environment.
FULL TIME - PERMANENT
Monday to Friday.
6am - 2:30pm
Roles will include the following:
- Answering calls from customers
- Taking orders over the phone
- Processing orders through our SOM system
- Booking in deliveries via couriers for customers
- Keep run sheet up to date daily for drivers and providing paperwork to dispatch
- Data processing
We will require someone who is:
- Organised
- Can work well under pressure
- Can work to deadlines
- Well presented
- Eagerness to learn
Relevant experience would be beneficial but training will be given
- Admin (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft applications
This role would suit applicants who have a driving licence due to early start time.
