At Inspired Joinery & Projects, we're building a reputation for delivering high-quality kitchen renovations with exceptional customer service. As our workload continues to grow, we're looking for experienced kitchen fitting teams to work alongside us on a long-term basis.
We are looking for reliable, professional installers who take pride in their work and want a steady pipeline of well-organised projects.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the complete installation of kitchens supplied by us.
Unlike traditional day-rate work, every project is individually priced before work starts, meaning you'll know exactly what you'll be paid regardless of whether the installation takes three days or six.
Our aim is simple:
- We organise the work.
- We price the installation.
- You deliver a high-quality finish.
What's Included
Each installation will include:
- Full kitchen installation
- Cabinet assembly and fitting (where required)
- Worktop preparation (excluding specialist stone templating)
- Door and drawer alignment
- End panels, fillers, cornice and pelmets
- Appliance installation
- Sink and tap installation
- Final adjustments and snagging
(Any additional works outside the agreed scope will be discussed and agreed separately.)

- Proven experience fitting kitchens to a high standard
- Own van and professional tools
- Public Liability Insurance
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional attitude with customers
- Ability to work from drawings and installation plans
- Pride in leaving every job clean and finished properly
