Role Responsibilities
As a Night Locksmith with Group A1 Ltd, you will:
- Attend emergency lockouts and secure properties during night‑time hours
- Carry out lock changes, repairs and installations on residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve issues with cylinders, mechanisms, multi‑point locks and door hardware
- Complete quoted works to a high standard
- Provide temporary security solutions where required
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Accurately record work details via internal and client systems
- Participate in a structured night‑shift rota designed to support work–life balance
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for a Night Locksmith will have the following, though training will be provided where needed:
- Experience in locksmithing or door‑entry systems
- Strong knowledge of cylinders, centre cases, multi‑point mechanisms and security hardware
- Positive can‑do attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence
Relevant experience & qualifications will be an advantage to applicants.
