About the Role
T & A Developments 2019 Ltd is looking for versatile, hardworking tradesmen to join our Liverpool-based team. We are looking for "problem solvers"—people who can walk onto a site and handle a variety of tasks to get a project across the finish line.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a varied role. You won’t be stuck doing one thing. We need someone confident in:
- Plastering & Patching: (Desirable) High-quality skimming and repairs.
- Basic Plumbing: Swapping radiators, fixing leaks, or second-fixing a bathroom.
- Tiling & Decoration: Making sure the finishing touches are spot on.
- General Building: From rip-outs to basic brickwork or floor laying.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: You must be a true "All-Rounder" in the building trade.
- Driving Licence: A clean, valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Reliability: We need people who are safety-focused and committed to the job.
