We are a busy, fast-paced print shop specialising in the annual School Christmas Card project. Every autumn, we help thousands of children see their creative artwork turned into professional festive greetings cards. We are looking for an energetic, organised Office Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team for our peak season.
The Role
You will be central to the smooth running of our office during our busiest time of the year. This role is fast-paced, varied, and crucial to ensuring schools receive their festive orders on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Respond promptly to customer emails and answer incoming phone calls.
- Order Processing: Handle administrative tasks related to school print orders.
- Logistics Support: Prepare, print, and check postage and shipping labels.
- Data Verification: Ensure school names and delivery addresses are accurate.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with and support the production team to meet daily deadlines. Fulfil ad hoc tasks as necessary.
What We Are Looking For

- Great Communicator: Excellent written email etiquette and a polite telephone manner.
- Detail-Oriented: High accuracy when dealing with customer data.
- Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word) is a distinct advantage.
- Reliable: Strong attendance and punctuality during our critical production window.
