The Role
We're looking for a professional, hands-on supervisor to lead our front-of-house team 30-40 hours a week.

What You Will Do
- Lead the floor during service, setting the pace and stepping in wherever needed
- Look after guests from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave and hold the team to the same standard
- Read the room and coach the team to give attentive service without hovering
- Talk confidently about our drinks and food menus and guide the team in making genuine recommendations
- Keep the floor looking sharp and running smoothly at all times
- Work closely with the bar and FOH managers to keep service tight
- Handle any issues calmly and professionally, with ownership, and support your team in doing the same
- Brief, motivate and manage the floor team so standards hold, shift after shift
Who We Are Looking For
Experience in a front-of-house supervisory or senior role is important, but attitude carries just as much weight. We want someone who cares about the detail, leads by example and takes genuine pride in what the whole team delivers.
You'll need:
- Previous experience supervising or leading in a hospitality or front-of-house role
- A smart, confident manner with guests and staff alike
- The ability to stay composed and keep the team steady when it gets busy
- High personal standards in how you present yourself and how you work and the ability to instil the same in others
- A natural ability to upsell without it feeling like a sales pitch and to coach that skill in the team
- Ambition to grow within a venue that rewards good people
