Dental Elite are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed practice in Doncaster with a busy, loyal patient base and strong clinical support.
This is an excellent opportunity to inherit a fully established list, with diaries routinely booked 4–6 weeks in advance, within a modern practice that places a strong emphasis on education, mentoring, and professional development.
About the Role
- Contract: Full-time or part-time considered
- Days Available: Monday–Friday, any combination of days available for part-time candidates
- Working Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00
- Tuesday: 09:00 – 18:00
- Friday: 08:30 – 16:00
- UDA Rate: £14 -£15 per UDA (dependent on experience)
- Private Split: 50% private / 50% labs
- Patient List: Established list with diary booked 4–6 weeks ahead
Ideal Candidate
- Open to candidates of all experience levels
- Confident delivering general NHS dentistry
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Team-oriented with a professional approach
- Keen to develop clinically within a supportive environment
Practice Details
- Mixed practice – 90% NHS / 10% private
- 4 surgery modern clinic
- Fully digital using Dentally software
- Equipped with DSLR camera, scanners, intraoral cameras, and rotary endodontics
- Therapist support available
- Foundation Training practice with a strong focus on education and development
- Current Associate available for reference
- On-site parking available

Requirements
- GDC registered Dentist
