LEVEL 4
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Technical Support Administrator to join our team, supporting operational delivery from our Wymondham depot in Norwich.
This is a permanent, full time role, Monday to Friday with a hybrid working pattern, typically involving 3 days per week at the Wymondham depot.

As a Technical Support Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting day to day operational activities, ensuring processes run efficiently while delivering excellent service to customers and internal teams.
You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of operational support activities, from customer coordination and compliance administration to scheduling and project support.
Support operational delivery & processes
- Provide administrative and technical support across operational teams
- Help ensure smooth and efficient day to day processes
Manage customer enquiries & service delivery
- Handle customer enquiries, appointments, and complaints
- Ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
Coordinate operational activities
- Support project tracking and scheduling activities
- Assist with purchase order management
Maintain systems & documentation
- Keep systems, records, and technical documentation accurate and up to date
Ensure strong data integrity and compliance with company procedures
You’ll be highly organised, detail focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. You’ll enjoy supporting teams and providing excellent customer service.
Experience
- Experience in an administrative or business support role is advantageous
Skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage systems and data accurately
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
