Key Responsibilities:
- CI/CD Pipeline Ownership: Design, optimize, and maintain automated release pipelines. Ensure fast, repeatable, and zero-downtime deployments.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision and scale multi-cloud environments using Terraform and Ansible to ensure consistent configuration management.
- Cloud & Container Security: Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes while implementing DevSecOps best practices.
- Monitoring & Observability: Set up proactive logging, tracing, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to diagnose issues before users ever notice them.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work directly with software engineers to optimize code pipelines and streamline developer handoffs.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or System Architecture in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on knowledge of public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tooling.
- Tooling: Proficient with CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins) and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
- Communication Skills: Professional English fluency is required to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and present technical roadmaps to leadership.
- Mindset: Pragmatic and proactive. You anticipate system bottlenecks early, automate repetitive tasks ruthlessly, and balance rapid deployment with operational stability.
Pay: £55,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
