Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Kilmarnock, Symington, Monkton, Irvine
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £13.50 per hour

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with cleaning and team leadership experience who takes pride in maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional service.
As Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, supporting and leading a team of cleaners, and ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the cleaning team.
- Carry out and assist with cleaning duties when required
- Prepare and manage staff schedules, holidays, and shift allocations to ensure adequate site coverage.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and site audits to maintain service standards.
- Identify training requirements and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
- Support investigations relating to accidents, incidents, attendance, or performance issues.
- Build positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and management.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Cleaning Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role.
- Experience managing staff, schedules, and day-to-day operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a cleaning environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
