- Supporting family leave, holiday-year administration and routine employee queries
- Assisting with probation, absence, performance and other people processes
- Monitoring shared inboxes and maintaining trackers, templates and digital records

- The ability to organise competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A warm, clear and professional communication style
- A practical, calm and dependable approach
- Confidence taking ownership, asking questions and escalating matters appropriately
Previous experience in HR, payroll, recruitment, hospitality or hotel administration would be beneficial but is not essential. Knowledge of UK employment administration or right-to-work processes, or CIPD Level 3/study towards it, would also be advantageous.
Experience using Rotaready, Indeed, Tayl or similar HR, recruitment, payroll or learning systems would be helpful.
