WOLFFKRAN is a global leader in tower crane manufacturing, recognised for precision, quality, and innovation. We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our London Finance team on a 2-month temporary contract to provide support during a busy period.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Accounts Payable or Finance experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can quickly become part of a collaborative team.
The Role
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time. Working closely with internal departments and external suppliers, you'll help maintain accurate financial records while supporting the wider finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review and process supplier invoices accurately.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts.
- Enter invoices into SAP.
- Prepare and process electronic payments, including bank transfers and cheque payments.
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate supplier records.
- Respond to supplier queries promptly and professionally.
- Support month-end activities, including accruals.
- Assist with audit requests by providing supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support efficient finance operations.
About You
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance role.
- Experience using SAP (preferred).
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- German language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
