This is an opportunity to bring your expertise to a dynamic environment where fairness, consistency, and strong people practices are at the heart of everything we do.
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will provide expert guidance across a wide range of employment relations matters, managing complex and high-risk cases from start to finish. You will also produce clear and accurate documentation, including case notes and formal correspondence, while contributing to organisational change initiatives such as restructures and redundancy programmes. Alongside case management, you will play a key role in identifying trends, reducing organisational risk, and coaching managers to build confidence and capability in handling people issues effectively.
