Chef de Partie – James St. Restaurant
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our enthusiastic and passionate team at James St.
James St. has been serving great food, unparalleled service and culinary creative experience for over 20 years. It is a well established restaurant located in the heart of Belfast City Centre.
What you do:
The role:
· Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes from your section
· Ensuring speed of service without compromising quality of food.
· Assisting the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
· Assisting with the management of health and safety in the kitchen
· Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices in the kitchen whilst maintaining a consistently high level of restaurant hygiene standards.

· 2+ year’s experience in a similar role
· Excellent communications skills
· Follow direction from the executive head chef
· Ability to work well in a team
Salary £ negotiable and dependent on experience.

Schedule:
- Mon to Sun (FT - 5 days per week) 8- 12 hour shifts
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Belfast, BT2 7GA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
