We’re now looking for caring and dependable Night Care Assistants to join our friendly team.
About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll provide care, reassurance and support to residents throughout the night. Working as part of a small and dedicated team, you’ll help ensure our residents are comfortable, secure and well cared for during overnight hours.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with bedtime and morning routines
- Carry out regular wellbeing and safety checks
- Record accurate notes and handovers for the day team
- Offer companionship and emotional reassurance when needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control overnight
About You:
- Previous experience in a care or support role preferred (training provided for the right person)
- Compassionate, reliable and calm under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible to work night shifts on a rota basis
