We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our talented kitchen crew to help produce the best wood fired Pizzas using top quality local and Italian produce in our lively and popular restaurant. Shifts are 5-7 hour shifts from 3 or 5pm-10pm and were looking fill 3 evenings per week. Breakfast shifts are available if full time hours required.
Kitchen experience absolutely essential and knowledge of dough making, neapolitan pizza and wood-fired cooking preferred.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Pizza according to the restaurant's menu and standards.
- Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Offer creative ideas for specials incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, rotation of stock.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, ideally with good knowledge and experience of neapolitan pizza and or sourdough
- Working with wood fire is favourable
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
