Individual would be required to Carry out and record personal care tasks. This will include ensuring residents are comfortable, are able to eat and drink, are able to access and use toilets, are assisted with continence problems and are able to maintain their personal hygiene and appearance. Maintaining the dignity of residents is of paramount importance.
