Cycle Culture is a boutique indoor cycling studio, specialty coffeehouse, and plant shop in Tooting Bec (SW17). Founded by husband-and-wife team Paul and Mili Saini, we’ve created a beautiful, community-focused space where exceptional hospitality, specialty coffee, and wellness come together.

About the Role
This is a varied role combining barista duties, food preparation, and front-of-house responsibilities. You’ll serve exceptional coffee, support our cycling members, and help create an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous specialty coffee experience
- Can produce consistent, high-quality latte art
- Enjoys coffee, food, fitness, and customer service
- Is confident with food preparation and hygiene standards
- Stays calm under pressure and maintains high standards during busy periods
- Is reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Is looking for a long-term part-time position
Key ResponsibilitiesFront of House
- Welcome customers and cycling members
- Check riders into classes and support studio operations
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Help maintain a clean and organised environment
Barista & Food Prep
- Prepare artisan coffee and wellness drinks
- Prepare food to recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety practices
- Deliver a consistently high-quality experience
