Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming environment
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining area, adhering to food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with accuracy
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold hygiene standards and prevent accidents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during busy periods
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or food service environments is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Good understanding of basic maths for handling payments and giving correct change
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy shifts
