About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Welder/Fabricator join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components to a high standard while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Carry out MIG welding operations.
Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
Operate welding equipment and associated machinery safely.
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Welder/Fabricator.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Competent in MIG welding
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good problem-solving skills.
Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload effectively.
Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
Desirable Qualifications
Relevant welding certifications.
Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, or construction environments.
