Duties
- Operating machinery such as excavators and other power tools safely and efficiently
- Using hand tools for construction and general maintenance tasks
- Performing routine equipment inspections and basic repairs
- Supporting excavation activities and site preparation
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe, and organised
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape ,groundworks
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction and maintenance equipment
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Experience operating excavators or similar machinery is desirable
- being able to work with a team and individually
- Ability to perform general maintenance tasks efficiently
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Physical fitness to undertake manual labour in outdoor environments
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
