Warehouse Assistant (Part-Time)
About Us:
MacLennan Distribution has been operating in the West of Scotland since 1978. Based in Oban, we provide daily freight services throughout Argyll and the Islands.
Location: Oban
We are currently looking for a reliable and practical individual to join our team as a Warehouse Assistant/ Driver at our Oban depot. This is a hands-on role within a busy freight operation and would suit someone who enjoys varied, active work.
The Role:
- Scanning and processing parcels from carriers such as DPD and Evri
- Loading vehicles with goods for island deliveries
- Assisting with vehicles loading on and off ferries
- Completing basic paperwork and checking goods received
- General warehouse and yard duties as required
Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Forklift licence helpful but not essential (training can be provided
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekend shifts may be required
