Job Description:
- Providing excellent customer service, greeting and assisting guests throughout the tour.
- Serving afternoon tea, food and drinks while meeting dietary and allergy requirements.
- Preparing and setting up the bus before tours and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Following all food hygiene, health and safety standards.
- Clearing and cleaning tables, equipment and service areas after each tour.
- Restocking fridges, food and supplies for the following day's tours.
- Assisting with stock checks, food preparation and stock rotation.
- Handling guest queries and feedback professionally.
- Working closely with the team to ensure smooth and enjoyable tours.
- Ad Hoc tasks as given by Supervisor & Management.
Must have:
- Experience as a Host
- Weekend Availability.
- This position requires applicants to be 18 or older.
Nice to have: Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2)
Job type: Full time, Part Time, Zero Hour Contract including weekend work.
Basic salary: £12.71 per hour + tips.
