The Role
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for transforming and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. You’ll be working across some of the finest gardens in North Leeds, ensuring every hedge is straight and every flower bed is pristine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Garden Maintenance: Mowing, professional strimming, weeding, and cultivating beds.
- Horticultural Care: Precise hedge trimming, shrub pruning, and seasonal planting.
- Site Management: Raking, leaf blowing, and ensuring all sites are left spotless.
- Machinery: Safe operation and basic care of petrol equipment (mowers, blowers, hedge trimmers).
- Client Relations: Acting as a professional face of the company, providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- A basic knowledge of (or a strong desire to learn) horticultural practices.
- Experience with petrol gardening machinery is a plus.
- Full UK Driving License (Preferred).
Working Conditions & Benefits
- Hours: Typically 07:30 – 16:30, Monday to Friday.
- Overtime: Occasional opportunities for extra hours during peak seasons.
